Petboost Payments runs on Stripe. Card payments are charged through your own Stripe account, and Petboost records each one against the booking it paid for.

Stripe pays your money into your bank on a rolling schedule. Petboost shows where every dollar is and which bookings it came from.
Each payment is processed for about two business days, then paid out on your schedule, daily by default. Payments after the daily cutoff join the next day.
The Stripe Payouts page in Settings shows what is available to pay out, what is still processing, and when your next payout will arrive.
Expand a payout for card sales, refunds, Stripe processing fees, Petboost booking fees and the net transferred, then each payment with its pet, owner and service.
Change your payout schedule or bank account in your Stripe Dashboard. Petboost links straight there, and instant payouts are not available through Petboost.
