There is no daily cap: working hours and Pets at a Time control workload.
Your best groomer keeps getting overbooked because customers request her specifically. She's exhausted, quality is slipping, and you've got no way to cap how many appointments she takes each day.
Petboost has no pets-per-day setting. You control each team member's workload through their working hours and their Pets at a Time on the Capacity tab, and the day's total follows from how long each booking runs.
